This Shipping & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the Mysta Crooks website and is operated by Mysta Crooks, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Our products are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it is sent to production. Processing times vary by product and typically take 2–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and quantity.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local government.

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

In accordance with our fulfillment and quality assurance standards:

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

To submit a claim, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos clearly showing the defect, damage, or misprint

Once the claim is approved, a replacement item will be produced and shipped to you. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Minor variations in print placement or color

  • Slight differences due to screen vs. print color representation

  • Buyer-provided errors such as incorrect size selection or design approval

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier and neighbors. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information or theft after delivery.
